Pie pan
I offer berry pie, which is simple in preparation, and the stomach. Suitable for people who sit on a diet.

Ingredients

  • Black currants

    150 g

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Flour

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

In a bowl break the egg and add to it the mayonnaise. All mix well.

To the mixture add half of the sugar and soda. Again mix well.

Then add flour a tablespoon. See test - it should be as sour cream.

Grease the pan with oil. In a heated pan pour the batter. Then evenly spread the currants and sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Cover and bake on very low heat for 15-20 min. Check availability, piercing with a match like an ordinary pie.
