Cooking
Gelatin pour cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour
Chicken breast boil in salted water and break the fibers, and pepper, add nutmeg
Gelatin melt in a water bath. Mix mayonnaise with half the gelatin. The second half of the gelatine mix with the broth.
Pour in the dish the broth with gelatin, put it in the chicken. Then gently lay on top of mayonnaise with gelatin. Put the cold to harden.
Frozen jelly to hold it over hot water and perevernul on the dish. At the bottom of the post mayonnaise white layer and a transparent top with chicken. Decorate the top with herbs and serve. Of course, along with chicken can be put in the green peas, corn or something bright will turn out much prettier, but I have in the fridge these products was not.
