Salad with shrimps, carrots and cucumber
Recipe taken by me in the magazine "Lisa". And since I am a big fan of shrimp, I immediately prepared for my birthday. And I and the guests were satisfied.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    70 g

  • Apple juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Shrimp boil, clean (I have already done), carrots grate for Korean carrot or thinly slice. Cucumber - thin strips. Salad to break it.

Mix the lemon juice, Apple cider, soy sauce and olive oil and beat slightly.

Mix everything except sauce and season with salt and add the sauce. Remove 1 hour in the refrigerator. Before serving, mix well. Or serve in portion bowls.
