Cooking
Prepare the dough for the tartlets, this milk dissolve sugar, salt, part of the flour and egg yolk and mix well. Whisk the softened margarine, combine with the cooked mass and the remainder of the flour.
Roll out the dough and cut out circles the size of the molds. Spread the slices in a form, greased with margarine, the bottom is pierced with a fork.
Bake at temperature 200 gr. until Golden brown.
Put the chopped prunes in a blender, to it add cream cheese, raspberries, powdered sugar and vanilla and stir until smooth.
With this stuffing fill the cooled tarts.
Decorate with raspberries and sprigs of mint.
Dessert tartlets for a buffet is ready!!!
