Ispanakhi
Very tasty and healthy dish, I dedicate it to my friend Pijesku (Nurzhamal)

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the spinach until cooked (until the stem is tender)

Drain in a colander and allow to cool

Squeeze small portions as possible

Then finely slice lengthwise and crosswise

Fill with chopped nuts, fried onions (chopped), herbs, vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well. Here and ready (but need to wait a bit so the spinach is well soaked all supplements. Bon appétit!!!
