Not claiming originality, but hearty, tasty salad.

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

The liver to boil. Cut into cubes.

Boil potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Onion cut into rings. All fry in vegetable oil. You can add soy sauce. Then the salad is not mayonnaise.

Cucumber finely chopped. All mix, add spices, salt, mayonnaise. I added quite a bit of mayonnaise, because roasting the carrots are quite high in fat.
