Oblepihovoe-lemon pudding
Offer a simple recipe oblepihovoe lemon pudding, which is very easy to prepare at home, and the result is an incredibly sweet and wonderful dessert.

  • Sea buckthorn

With a mixer beat softened butter and sugar to cream.

Drain crushed sea buckthorn through the sieve to the oil-sugar mass and enter the egg yolks. Mix well.

Add milk.

Flour mixed with baking powder.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix well, what would avoid lumps. Then add the lemon juice SICILIA. Mix well.

In the dry bowl, beat egg whites with a mixer (5 min) in a solid foam.

With a spoon or spatula gently stir beaten egg whites into the dough (no mixer).

Lubricate the form (24х11) and 3 cookie cutters 9х7 see the softened butter. Put the dough in prepared form, put it into a baking pan. Pour a third of hot water and bake for 40-50 minutes until Golden brown at 180 degrees. Small tins can be taken out after 35-40 min.
