About a month ago I posted a recipe for Brazilian cream, condensed milk and lemons. Interest in the recipe was great. So I decided to try out another version of the cream, often referred to in the Brazilian sites. And once the cream boiled, and realized the cake with his participation.

Cooking
All that we need: condensed milk, egg yolks, milk, starch.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the condensed milk and the same amount of milk (from a milk Bank - d Bank). Dilute starch in a little cold water, add the egg yolk, stir and pour in the milk mixture. The mixture boil on low heat, constantly (!) stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Give mass to cool.
Almost all Brazilian recipes this cream was combined with the pineapple: sponge cakes with a layer of crushed pineapple and cream desserts such as tiramisu instead of mascarpone was used again, the pineapples and the cream... I decided to check how interesting it is!
I have found these are the puff pastry, pineapple and chocolate. And still coconut. By the way, the recipes used canned pineapple. Juice (syrup) was used for impregnation of cakes.
Pineapple I crushed in a blender. Pineapple in large quantities do not add - will be too hard and sour! Possible and cut into small pieces.
Then collected two "heart": a layer of crushed pineapple, layer of cream, top with sprinkled coconut. Repeated. Top covered third.
For the glaze: melt the chocolate in the microwave with the cream, stir well and put on cake. The top is sprinkled with coconut. Put in the refrigerator to soak for about 3 hours.
