Cooking
Ribs you can make the size bigger/smaller, just cut, my favorite size of 5-7 cm (approximately).
Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
Fry in 1-2 tbsp olive oil until it will turn brown from all sides! it is, in a sense, with 4 sides, just top and bottom is not enough! Remove from the pan, transfer to a plate and cover with foil, tightly!
Prepare the sauce: grind the garlic, rosemary, white and black pepper and a little salt, pour olive oil and carefully grind (right in the mortar).
Remember the ribs: recoat them thoroughly with the sauce.
Put the meat in a baking dish, pour cream (I have 21%, but fatter) and bake at 180-200 deg. 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, again tightly cover with foil and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes.
Cream after baking turn into a flavorful creamy sauce with the flavor of garlic and rosemary. Garnish can be any. Bon appetit!
