Swedish meatballs with cranberry sauce
I want to suggest you try a delicious dish of Swedish cuisine. Very easy to prepare. Fragrant, beautiful and tender meatballs.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    6 Tbsp

  • Crumb bread

    1 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 handful

  • Dill

    1 handful

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion, garlic, parsley and dill finely chop.

In a pan melt 3 tbsp butter and sauté onions and garlic until soft. Season with salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl mix beef and pork mince, fried onion with garlic, egg, parsley, dill and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands.

Blind small balls. I have this number turned out 32 balls.

All the balls fry in a pan with 2 tbsp butter and put in a bowl.

In the same pan melt 1 tbsp butter, add flour and mix well. Then add chicken broth and mix well to avoid lumps.

When the sauce starts to thicken, add sour cream and stir.

Then immediately add the cranberry sauce and stir.

Now put the meatballs, cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Serve with cranberry sauce.
