Very tasty and original dish, is a great option cooking the liver.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Crumb bread

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Bacon

    300 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

Liver grind in a meat grinder or chop in a blender. Season with salt and pepper.
