Description
Tiratsoo - Greek cheese bread (accent on the second syllable). Very easy to prepare, with a small number of readily available ingredients, soft and fragrant bread! This bread is very fond of the Greeks, and, though I am not Greek, I love him since then, as I tried for the first time, almost 20 years ago. Cooking
Mix together the sifted flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
