To call this yummy Apple pie did not turn the language. This recipe was shared with me my friend and has been for 12 years we enjoy eating this delicacy.

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Yolks rubbed white with 3/4 Cup sugar.
The cooled margarine and pour in the eggs with the sugar, add salt, slaked soda and flour. Knead the dough. 1/5 of the dough to put in the freezer.
Apples peel and RUB on a coarse grater.
The dough spread on greased with margarine form, making bumpers. Apples wring out the juice, mix with cinnamon and put on the cake. I added a few more currants.
Beat the whites with 1/2 Cup sugar in a thick foam and spread evenly over the stuffing.
From top to grate the remaining dough.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick.
