Cooking
Green onions cut diagonally to thin and drop into ice water for 10 minutes.
For the sauce, whisk soy sauce, honey, Tabasco, ginger and oil.
With egg to cut a little the bottom for stability and a bit of the tops, finely chopped and put into glasses, top with some green onions (removed from the water and dry), put the onions on the eggs, after making the top cut, cover with the sauce.
Spread on top of eggs, sprinkle with remaining onions and serve with a spoon and enjoy!
