Riet of fish and cheese
Riet is a type of pate that is traditionally made from pork. To date, Riet prepared also from poultry and fish. I want to offer a version of this dish made from fish and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Cheese

    90 g

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    3 piece

  • Coriander

  • Nutmeg

  • Sour cream

  • Rosemary

Cooking

Fish fillets put in a pan, add Bay leaf and peppercorns. I have the fish pieces, I boiled and selected seeds.

Fill with water, put peeled onion, rosemary and salt to taste. Boil until tender and cool.

Fish fillets mashed with a fork and combine with grated cheese (small grater).

Add the coriander, nutmeg and salt to taste. Garlic to clean, chop and add to the overall weight.

Mix everything carefully with a fork. If the mass is too dry, add a little sour cream or broth. Riet ready! Spread on crisp crackers or bread. A great addition to the soup. Bon appetit!
