If you love stuffed tomatoes, and the simple toppings tired, offer to cook this. In this recipe, I combined everyone's favorite ingredients: tomatoes, cheese, garlic and seafood. It turned out juicy, tasty and fragrant. Well in both warm and cold. Looks dressy.

Cooking
Seafood cocktail in advance to thaw, drain the water. To prepare the necessary ingredients.
Tomatoes cut in half, remove the pulp with a teaspoon.
Seafood sauté in butter for a few minutes.
Put out a couple of minutes.
Cheese and garlic RUB on a small grater.
Add sour cream or mayonnaise (I have 50/50) and chopped fresh herbs (I have parsley and dill).
Tomatoes put in a baking dish. Fill with stuffing.
On top put the cheese mass.
