Salad of red cabbage with sprouts
Another salad from the series light and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sprouts

    1 handful

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

Mix the butter (you can take whatever you like, I came under the arm of sesame), soy sauce, balsamic vinegar (original rice) a bit of heat in a small saucepan or in the microwave, pour the sauce on cabbage, add sprouts sprouts (any), chopped cilantro, stir and leave to marinate from 1 hour or more.

Pine nuts lightly fry in a skillet without oil. Add to the salad. If desired, season with salt and pepper.
