Carrot cake with dried apricots
Very tasty, sweet and beautifully orange cupcake with a splash of sour apricots will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    130 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    1 handful

Cooking

To start, fill the apricots with boiling water for 5 minutes. Whisk eggs with sugar until white foam. Pour vegetable oil and stir.
