Cooking
These brownies are good that for their preparation do not need any butter or sour cream. Separate the whites from the yolks, add condensed milk and vanilla sugar, whisk.
Add flour mixed with baking powder, mix well.
Chocolate to grate on a coarse grater and mix with the dough.
Put the dough in the greased cake tins (or paper-like me). There are 12 pieces.
Beat chilled whites with a mixer at high speed until a thick foam. Gradually, spoon for spoon, add sugar. In the end, gently add the vanilla sugar and lemon juice and continue beating for a few seconds. The cream should be very thick.
To shift the cream in a cooking bag and squeeze out the pyramids on the dough into paper molds. Put the baking pan with the ramekins in the preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes, then raise the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes.
The finished cakes to cool.
Optionally, you can cover your favorite frosting.
I covered strands of Sunny yellow glaze TM". Oetker". This frosting is not just beautiful but also very tasty!
