Thin slices of eggplant to coat with oil (1tbsp. L.) on all sides.
Fry on a dry pan from both sides;
The cooled eggplant, lightly RUB with garlic and salt;
Fry bread on the grill pan;
Prepare the sauce: mix salt, oregano, Basil, and butter (2st. L.);
Tomatoes, cheese, and Mandarin (with peel) cut into thin slices;
Assemble sandwiches: bread covered with sauce from all sides, it lay the eggplant, so that it half - hanging; an eggplant - cheese, then Mandarin;
Tangerine - tomato, again - cheese, close the hanging eggplant and secure with a fork for canapes, pierced in the middle of the sandwich;
Slightly podpravit cheese in the microwave on full power for 1-2 minutes;
Serve the sandwiches warm;
