Cake
The recipe for this cake I liked its simplicity, and the combination of almonds, cognac and raisins! For those who like Amaretto and rum Baba! :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Cognac

    50 ml

  • Cardamom

    5 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

First soak the raisins in cognac.

We will need 30 grams of yeast.

The milk is heated in the microwave for like 10 seconds. It should be warm. Introduced into the milk the yeast and stir.

We need 200g. of flour and 1 egg.

Melt the butter in the microwave and add the flour.

Almond finely grind in a blender and also enter into the dough. Add sugar and salt.

Add the raisins.

And a little cardamom.

Knead the dough and send it in a warm place for 30 minutes.

The dough increases in size not very much.

I love the little cakes. The so-called "gifts". Therefore, the dough I divided into 4 parts.

Put in baking dish, let stand for 10 minutes.

Cakes bake in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
