Cottage cheese balls stuffed with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
In fact is a variant of savory cheesecakes, but to call them cheesecakes hand was raised. Very, very, very TASTY, both hot and cold. The aroma of toasted sesame seeds, cheesy flavor and slight acidity of sun-dried tomatoes... warning - extremely difficult to stop!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Potato starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Curd grind with semolina and starch (take more or less depending on the humidity of cottage cheese), add the eggs (if small, 3), finely chopped dill and parsley, season with salt.

Finely chop the garlic and lightly fry in a minimal amount of olive oil.

Sun-dried tomatoes finely chop, by the way, who doesn't have one on hand, you can take prunes or fried mushrooms.

Grate cheese finely, add to it chopped tomatoes, roasted garlic, spices (I used a mixture of peppers and rosemary).

Flour mixed with sesame, to take a bit of curds, dipped in sesame seeds on one side, form a disk, it is spread about a teaspoon of the cheese filling, take the edge, roll in the sesame seeds.
