Cooking
Softened butter RUB with sugar and salt. Gradually add the eggs one by one and stir, not whisking. Large pieces of cheese mash and add to the resulting mass. Add the flour, baking powder, jam of orange peels. Stir.
The form vystelit baking paper, grease with oil and spread the pineapple with the cranberries, sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Spread on top of the dough.
Cottage cheese combine with condensed milk. Beat with a blender until smooth.
Bake at a temperature of approx.= 180 gr. minutes = 40 Baked cooled cake cut into 2 parts and sandwiching with cream. Optional pie sprinkle with powdered sugar.
