Simple in ingredients and cooking cake-sponge cake with cream and pineapple is pretty tasty.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    370 g

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Softened butter RUB with sugar and salt. Gradually add the eggs one by one and stir, not whisking. Large pieces of cheese mash and add to the resulting mass. Add the flour, baking powder, jam of orange peels. Stir.

Cottage cheese combine with condensed milk. Beat with a blender until smooth.

Bake at a temperature of approx.= 180 gr. minutes = 40 Baked cooled cake cut into 2 parts and sandwiching with cream. Optional pie sprinkle with powdered sugar.
