Stuffed pumpkin
A delicious dish of mini pumpkin and minced meat.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sour cream

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

Pumpkin with cut top, with a spoon remove the pulp.

"Pot" of the pumpkin, sprinkle lightly with salt, and dried parsley.

The onions and pumpkin flesh cut into cubes, carrots grate on a grater. Garlic finely chop. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil.

In forcemeat add salt, pepper, seasoning, mix well.

Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil.

Mix the minced meat with vegetables, add sour cream, mix well.

Fill the pumpkin "pot" filling.

Cover with the pumpkin "lid". To put in the sleeve for baking.

Bake 25 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.

Then cut the package to remove "the lid", to sprinkle the stuffing with cheese, place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
