Simple, useful, quickly prepared and quickly eaten.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Cilantro

    2 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Roast eggplant on an open burner (either gas or electric) to form a black flaky crust. Also roasted on an open fire if you went to a barbecue.

Clean the eggplant under cold running water - it won't burn your hands and Nagar very easy to rinse.

Onions cut into half rings, add the chopped cilantro (who does not like cilantro - add the parsley), sprinkle with lemon juice, gently mash and leave to marinate for 4-5 minutes.

Eggplant cut into arbitrary pieces - I like a little more. Add the marinated onion, herbs, salt and pepper to taste, season with vegetable oil, mix well and... eat with pleasure.
