Cooking
For preparing meatless sausages from the beans I used white beans from TM "Mistral".
Soak the beans for 4-5 hours, it is better to soak overnight, then be sure to change the water and boil until cooked without added salt. The beans cooked more than an hour.
While cooking the beans, finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
Onions lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Add the mushrooms and also fry.
Of the beans to mash. Cooked beans cool, mince or chop with a blender.
In mashed beans add sautéed onions and mushrooms, seasoning, Basil, salt, tomato paste, lemon juice, vegetable oil and mix well.
Add the flour. This has turned into stuffing for sausages.
Next, we'll need a sleeve for baking. From the sleeve for baking, cut the rectangles and put the meat in the form of stripes, as shown in the pictures.
