Description

Cooking
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool. Blanch the cabbage for 2 minutes, cool.
Peel and cut into cubes potatoes, cut into florets cabbage.
Heat the oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom over medium heat. Pour the mustard seeds, fry a minute,
add caraway seeds, cardamom, mix,
add the red pepper. Put in sauce pan with spices onion and green pepper ([i]unfortunately not[/i] :-( ), stir and fry for about 8 minutes or until onion is Golden.
Add florets of cauliflower, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Put the potatoes, turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander,([i]added, as always, curry and red pepper for spice[/i]), add salt and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and wait for the potatoes to heat up. Add the cilantro, stir and serve.
