The original name of "Zwiebelhackfleisch" - onion stuffing. But stuffing is something just in this dish the least :) I do Not know how to categorize: is it a sauce? hot? it is assumed that IT is served with a side dish (rice, pasta or mashed potatoes). Ingredients

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Parsley

The boring - finely chop the potatoes and carrots (cubes of about half an inch quantity :( ) Onion cut into thin half-rings.

On the oil fry the onion 5 minutes, add the minced meat and half of the broth, simmer until all the mince is not white.

Then throw the potatoes and carrots (small cubes!), saute 5 minutes and add the remaining broth, spices (salt, black pepper and hot and sweet paprika), tomato paste. Simmer 8-10 minutes, then add green peas (I thawed them, threw so) and another 5 minutes to extinguish.

Turn off the stove, pour in the cream (or add the creme fraiche) and parsley. Garnish boiled rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
