They say a woman can do anything from 3 things: hair, salad and tragedy. Something like this happened with me and this salad. He was born gradually: at first I thought what would be the salad to make radish... Then decided to add chicken and pickles... Then thought on the subject of refueling. In General it was a very nice salad: fresh and hearty, and spicy notes.

Cooking
Tear the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl.

Slice thin strips of pickles.
Make the dressing. To prepare the poached egg your favorite way. I have a way with the kitchen boy: in a bowl pour the Cup of boiling water and 1 tsp of Apple cider vinegar, break there egg, to cook in the microwave 40 seconds at maximum power.
Add to the egg mustard (I had grey) and butter.
Let's stir with a fork until maximum consistency, add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix up.
