Pork with prunes and cheese
Simple and hearty dish, perfect replacement of any ham and sausage. =))

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.3 kg

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Olive oil

  • Seasoning

Marinated pork fillet (I had a spice made from sweet peppers, tomatoes and celery greens), leave overnight in the fridge. In the morning to get it and allow to stand below the meat was room temperature. Chop the plums, squeeze the garlic press.

Roll tightly and wrap in foil.

Pre-grease the foil with olive oil.

Put in the oven for a couple of hours at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
