In their opinion, cook did not deserve kind words, if you do not use ready-made recipes only as a basis, does not contribute to the future of the dish something different. In France to tell anyone that he is a foodie means making the highest compliment and are guaranteed to win good disposition of the source. I invite You to plunge into my France...

Cooking
Prepare the tartlets: in flour, add sour cream, butter and salt. Knead elastic dough and put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Then roll out the fondant thinly and cut out mugs in size of molds for tartlets.
I have, unfortunately, the molds do not exist, so I adapted for this glass, the bottom of which poured the beans, the edges smeared a little oil and gently distributed circles of dough, giving them the desired shape.
Now let's prepare the filling: peel the onion and cut into thin half-rings, fry until Golden brown, sprinkle with pepper and your favorite seasonings. Allow to cool slightly.
Grate cheese on a fine grater and set aside the required amount of olives (I have five)
In the prepared tins with the pastry spread fried onions
Liberally sprinkle with grated cheese
And put one olive. Then send our tartlets in the hot oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take it out and enjoy...
