Description
If you suddenly wanted something for tea, or guests at the door, and nothing tasty in the stock is not available, prepare a cinnamon cake. Sweet, airy, with a scent of cinnamon.... just half an hour and it is ready, left to brew tea or make coffee.... and enjoy fresh pastries.

Cooking
Flour with baking powder, salt and 1 tsp. cinnamon sift together in a bowl.
Add butter and grind the flour mixture with the butter into crumbs. Add 50 g of sugar, gradually stir in the milk and knead the dough. Should get a soft elastic dough.
On a greased and floured baking sheet roll out the dough with your hands into a pancake with a diameter of 18-20 cm, thickness 2 cm. the Edges need to be thinner.
Make tortilla 6 incisions, brush with a brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture ( 2 tbsp sugar+1/4 tsp cinnamon).
Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes, until the cake will not rise and its crust will not be hard.
