Cake "Charlotte"know all. I bake it often in the "classical"variant, but here I decided to improvise with bananas, chocolate was mouth-watering!!!So decided to put a recipe that I think will be useful to novice cooks!
Ingredients

Cooking
5 eggs and 1.5 Cup.sugar beat with a mixer until the volume is increased in 2-3 times.
Then add 1.5 Cup.flour mixer and mix until smooth.
Form grease with oil and pour on it half the test
Cut the bananas ECOSOC the thickness of 5-6 mm and put them all over the surface of the dough.
Pour the rest of the dough,covering all the bananas,put in oven for 35-40 min.
Ready pie to grease with sour cream,be very gentle.I sprinkled sugar + a little sugar decorations.
My cake was making the most delicious aromas in the apartment, and wanting to eat a piece just couldn't wait until it cools down.So cut the hot (top cracked).But taste the cake is not lost.
