Corn cakes
This recipe was found in a cookbook about the different national dishes. In the experiment, slightly modified and presented to you.

Ingredients

  • Porridge

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Ready porridge.

Porridge grind in a blender (to avoid grains). Add the egg yolks and sugar, mixed with vanilla and beat with a mixer.

Beat the whites to a froth with a pinch of salt.

In the yolk-corn mixture, add the flour and cinnamon. Mix well.

Then shift the dough in the beaten egg whites and stir gently. It is not necessary to achieve a complete "dissolution" of protein, enough for a few stirring motions.

Ready pour the batter onto greased baking sheet, flatten and put in a preheated 160 degree oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Ready cake cut into cakes and top with honey or syrup.
