Cooking
Start with cooking the crust, this cranberry is triturated with sugar,
add ground walnuts,
salt, flour mixed with baking powder and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg. To it add finely grated orange zest,
mayonnaise, orange juice and stir until smooth.
These two masses combine and mix thoroughly.
The form of grease with margarine and spread the dough, bake in the oven at a temperature of 180град. 40-45 minutes.
While baking the cake, begin to prepare creams. Beat butter, gradually adding sour cream, condensed milk, orange juice. To the cream add chopped walnuts. Separately whisk the cream and icing sugar.
The crust is allowed to cool and cut it lengthwise into two layers.
One layer of lubricated whipped cream and spread on top a little bit of cranberry.
Cover with a second Korzh and lubricated it also whipped cream,
and top them with butter cream and covered the sides with butter cream.
I covered the cake with fondant and was decorated with mastic colors of their own making. The cake can be decorated at Your discretion.
The cake is ready, you can begin drinking tea.
