Chicken breast baked with eggplant and tomatoes

Ingredients

Chicken breast

2 piece
Eggplant

3 piece
Tomato

3 piece
Cheese

150 g
Mayonnaise
Garlic

3 tooth

Cooking

Slice the eggplant lengthwise in thin strips and fry in vegetable oil. In a baking dish place a layer of eggplant slightly overlap each other.

Chicken breast wash, well dry and cut each half breast crosswise into 2-3 parts. Pieces of chicken to beat. Chops a little salt and pepper. Spread on top of eggplant.

On fillet again place a layer of eggplant.

Lubricate with a mixture of mayonnaise with pressed garlic.

Then put the mugs of tomatoes.

And sprinkle with cheese.

Put the form in heated to ~180°C oven and bake for ~20-25 minutes. Remove the form with the casserole out of the oven, let stand for ~10 minutes and serve, sprinkled with chopped greens.
