Love this salad, firstly, it is beautiful, solemn, is a real delight, and secondly, the presence of peach in this salad is playing its own "flavor" in the taste sensations.

Cooking
The composition of the products giving on a large platter. Arugula is spread on a dish the first layer.
Halves of canned peaches cut in half and spread out in a chaotic manner on the arugula.
Halves of cherry tomatoes to spread out between the peaches.
Cut in half quail eggs.
Quail eggs, whole olives, and mozzarella randomly to lay out the last layer.
For the filling I used sunflower oil "Oleyna" refined deodorized. You can take olive oil, I like sunflower.
4 tbsp vegetable oil mixed with 3 tbsp. syrup from peaches and pour the salad. Garnish with mint leaves and pine nuts.
