Cooking
Make the dough. Egg, salt, margarine and flour mix.
Roll out the dough and cut squares.
Lay the square of dough in the mold, pierce the bottom in several places with a fork, and top pressed another mould.
Put the ramekins on a baking sheet upside down. Bake in a preheated 220-230C oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Prepare mashed potatoes. Boil the potatoes, mash, adds butter, egg and milk.(I don't add milk, is drained separately into a mug of potato broth and the potatoes kneading gradually pour in the broth).
Pickle onions. Cut the onion rings, salt, pepper to taste. Pour water with vinegar 1:1.
Spread in prepared tart puree. I did it with the help of culinary syringe.
In mashed potatoes put the pickled onion rings. Then the pieces of herring.
