Gelatin soaked in 3 tanks .

Bred our swollen gelatin to hot broth 3 tablespoons , until completely dissolved . Add in our sauce 2 tablespoons sauce 2 tablespoons jelly mixture .In the remaining gelatin mixture add 100g of the broth .And the broth pour the chopped meat and put it into the refrigerator to glaze froze.

When the jelly has frozen , pour the jelly sauce .And again put on the cold .
