Cooking
I used basmati rice Gold TM Mistral.
Boil the rice until tender, as directed on package, cool down a bit.
For dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice and chopped garlic.
Chop the tomatoes and pepper, add to rice, mix well.
Add the chopped olives and chopped herbs, mix well.
Salad spread on plates/cups and serve, garnished with sprig of parsley.
