Chinese chicken salad
Very easy to prepare salad of simple, affordable ingredients (despite the long list). You can pre-cook, but you can in nature, until the skewer is fried!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Cellophane

    60 g

  • Parsley

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Peanuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cooking time lettuce I pointed out given the fact that breast is ready. RUB the carrots on a grater for Korean carrot and drop for 10 minutes in very cold water. The carrots are very juicy and crispy.
