Vegetable salad with smoked salmon and lentils

  • Salmon

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Arugula

    70 g

  • Pomelo

    100 g

  • Olive oil

For this recipe we need red lentils TM "Mistral", because it is skinless, very tender and perfect for salads.

Boil the lentils according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water, cool.

Salmon and finely chop.

Add the salmon to the lentils.

Pomelo to cleanse, to remove all veins and segments of the film. Break the pulp into small pieces.

Add pomelo to the lentils with the salmon and mix well.
