  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.4 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Black pepper

  • Cilantro

    1 Tbsp

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Carnation

    6 piece

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Mix all ingredients

Fish wash, peel from the insides, remove the spine and bones and evenly RUB the spices

Roll into a roulade, starting from the tail, and tightly wrap in plastic wrap or cellophane. Put in refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
