Sandwich with avocado
Some experts believe that avocado can replace man in all the food. To me it replaces the whole Breakfast! Avocado is a very healthy and nourishing fruit that is in itself a treat!

Avocado improves memory and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. It contains almost no carbohydrates and sugar, it is no grams of cholesterol and unhealthy fats.

I use for this sandwich are very soft fruit, so when you slide your finger left a small dent. If the avocado is hard, it should be wrapped in paper and put in the locker. In 2-3 days it will ripen.

Overripe avocado to become oily. You have to cut it up and spread on bread like butter. Season with salt to taste. I like to sprinkle with a mixture of peppers. Eat immediately, otherwise it will darken.

If you have cut an avocado, it should wrap in cling film and store in the fridge. If, however, it darkened, it should sprinkle with lemon juice.
