Cooking
Whipped with sugar protein.
In a bowl, whipped with a fork egg with sugar and poured it in a bowl with protein.
Put in a bowl the softened butter, rolled in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, a little salt and poured cream.
Mix batter and spread in cells silicone mold. The form put in the oven and turned on the t 180 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes. The cupcakes are well risen. The oven was turned off and they settled.
Muffins browned top and bottom, sides left white.
Cupcakes sprinkled with icing sugar. Very tasty and tender muffins!
