Creamy cinnamon muffins
Very soft, tender muffins with the scent of cinnamon and slightly crunchy top crust.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt
