Cherry cupcakes
And again cupcakes! Yes, I like to cook them. Such wonderful mini cakes. Offer portion get 10 cupcakes. All products must be at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.75 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    60 ml

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Cherry

    120 g

  • Egg white

    125 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

Cooking

Beat butter with powdered sugar until fluffy state.

Add to the butter mixture the egg and vanilla and again vzbit.

Flour mixed with baking powder, salt, and part to add to the mix. Mix well. Pour warm milk and sprinkle the remaining flour. Mix well.

Tailored to color, add a little gel coloring (I added 2 drops)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In the form for cupcakes put paper capsules. Put a little test and put a cherry.

Cover cherry with dough, but not more than 2/3 of the volume of the capsule.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes (check out the splinter)

To prepare the Swiss meringue in a water bath, mixing the proteins and sugar. Whip the whites to a temperature of 55-60 degrees (to dissolve sugar). Then the protein mass to remove and then stir to room temperature.
