Apple yeast pancakes
At first glance an ordinary Apple fritters, but only after tasting them, you realize how good they are. Very tall, fluffy, tender. With fragrant notes of Apple, they are exactly like you. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 g

Yogurt to warm to room temperature. Add salt, sugar, vanilla. Mix well.

Pour in the oil and add the yeast. Mix well. Apple with the peel to RUB on a large grater. Add to the dough and mix well.

Add the flour and knead the dough with a wooden spoon for a few minutes. The dough turns out sticky and thick. Leave the dough for an hour in a warm place.

Punch down the risen dough. Fry pancakes on both sides in the preheated pan on both sides with the lid closed on moderate heat. Put the dough into the pan with a spoon dipped in cold water.
