Cherry pie and strategem
Homemade cherry pie. Soft, fragrant dough, sour cherries and crispy streusel perfectly complemented each other. On the website there are similar cakes, but this recipe is a little different. Author Julia Fanboy ogromnoy gratitude.

Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk the soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.

Add the egg and cottage cheese. Mass beat well with a whisk.

Flour mixed with baking powder, sift. Add flour mixture to egg-butter-sugar mass, mix and knead the dough (the dough sticks to hands).

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Put the dough on plastic wrap, covered with flour.

Cover the dough with clingfilm and roll out to a thickness of 2-3 mm.

The bottom of a split form (18cm) lay a baking paper. Transfer the dough to the form. Make a small rim, pressing dough to the bottom of the form. Prick with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Cherry drain the juice. If you have frozen should be thawed. Sour cherry, lightly sprinkle with sugar. To propylite starch.
