Sweet honey bread with dates
I want to offer you a prescription unmatched air of bread with a light honey aroma and taste of figs, perfect for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    75 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Cards

    75 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sifted flour mixed with salt and dry yeast.

Add warm water, vegetable oil and honey. Knead the dough.

On a floured surface knead the dough for 5 minutes. Put the dough in oiled bowl, put in warm place to rise for 1 hour.

In the dough add the chopped dates and sesame (2/3), fold.

Put the dough in a rectangular shape (metal, vystelit baking paper). Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds. Bake in preheated to 220' C oven for about 30 minutes, until Golden and tender (focus on your oven).

Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack.
