Pilaf with eggplant in Turkish
Delicious pilaf!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Eggplant peel, cut into strips, sprinkle with salt and leave for 15 minutes
